Payments

Clients using private insurance or paying out of pocket are required at the initiation of services at NCA to complete and sign a credit card authorization form allowing our administrative staff to run the card for copays, coinsurance and any accrued balance. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and current insurance information. NCA will bill insurance for your services and will provide regular statements for your review through the secure patient portal. In the event your insurance does not pay for your services for any reason, you agree to be fully responsible for the fees.

Out of Network

We have the ability to bill most insurances out of network. Prior to your first appointment, we will work with you to verify your OON benefits and provide an estimate of your costs.

Accepted Insurances

Fee Schedule

When using insurance, whether your provider is in network or out of network, the full fee is billed. Your costs are dependent on the specifics of your insurance benefits (i.e. your deductible amount, coinsurance, copay and maximum out of pocket). Please be aware that some insurances may not cover case management fees. If you are not insured or are choosing not to use your insurance, we are able to offer you “out of pocket fees.”
